We are seeking applications for a new Business Manager at Wimmera Southern Mallee Development.
The Business Manager is a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO and project teams to support the effective operation and ongoing development of the organisation.
This role suits someone who is highly organised, thoughtful and proactive, enjoys working across multiple functions, and wants to contribute to an organisation making a tangible difference in regional communities.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything. You will be supported by the CEO, a capable team, and external service providers.
What matters most is your ability to coordinate, prioritise, problem-solve, communicate clearly and add value. The role has responsibility for coordinating corporate and business services including finance, governance, risk, compliance, IT, administration and people and culture functions.
